What is Stranger things?

Stranger things, The name itself is enough to make anyone be on the lookout for entirely other-world experiences.  This web series started airing in July 2016, Eddie stranger things. It revolves around a boy named Will Byers’s disappearance in his small remote village and the appearance of dark government officials and supernatural activities due to the investigation done to find him. While searching for a will, his friends came across a supernatural girl fleeing from some “bad guys,” further complicating the mystery.

Discovering a new Dimension

In the first three seasons, a lot happens to our primary character, will, and his friends as they discover an alternate dimension connecting to the earth, the upside down. 

These children go there first because an inhuman creature named the Mind Flayer abducts Will, and a girl named Barbara Holland takes them to that dimension. Their friends form a team as they are and go to that world and fight these supernatural creatures.

Then later, they discover another gate to that dimension called the Upsidedown. They suspect the Mind Flayer is alive and go there to see if that is true. In 1984, the authorities ordered Soviet Union scientists to open the gateway, but they found it sealed. The authorities gave the scientists one year to find a way to access the Upsidedown.

Then in 1985, our team was well settled in Indiana. Dustin (one of the team members) has set up a radio tower in Hawkins to keep in touch with his summer camp girlfriend. But in doing so, he receives the Russian government’s signals and informs others of what is happening. They searched and found out that someone was collecting the bodies of young boys in an abandoned factory to use them in the reincarnation of the Mind Flayer. The Mind Flayer repeatedly attacked some of these boys in the Starcourt Mall. The others find out sooner or later about this and join alliances for the final battle at Starcourt.

The appearance of Eddie Munson

In season 4, a boy named Eddie Munson appears as a sick metalhead with unknown parents and only one uncle. He quickly becomes the main character because of his tragedies and unique ways. 

Who is Eddie stranger things?

Edward Munson, or Eddie, is an 18-year-old teenager born about 1965-66. His parents are unknown to us up till now, and he lives with his only alive relative, his uncle Wayne Munson. 

Eddie, also known as the metalhead or Banished Freak, attended Hawkins Middle School, where he met Chrissy. Her cheerleading skills impressed him; she fondly remembered his band, Corroded Coffins. Both went their separate ways when they left middle school for Hawkins High School. Eddie never held a grudge against her.

At Hawkins High School, Eddie started leading the Dragons & Dungeons club, named the Hellfire Club. Despite rumors that this club was connected to the worship of Satan, Eddie ran it, and boys who felt like outsiders joined. He believed in the benefits of being unique and different from the community. This led to clashes with popular kids, including Chrissy’s boyfriend.

Eddie was supposed to graduate in 1984 and 1985, but his rebellious behavior and poor academic performance held him back. This ultimately led to his enmity for the principal and making a twist in Eddie stranger things.

Eddie’s Encounter with Vecna

On March 21st, 1986, Eddie was sitting in the cafeteria with his D&D club reading a newspaper aloud that was warning people about the dangers of the D&D. He got so excited that he then gave a speech about this being forced conformity and that they were the only club labeled as “freaks” by the students while the other teams and clubs were acceptable to the society. There he told them that they were the future of the Hellfire club, so they should keep seeking and helping other boys who felt “leftover” by society. 

Later that day, he met up with Chrissy, and after some time, he managed to make her comfortable around him, and they both laughed and discussed drugs. They both recalled their memories of middle school. Eddie postponed the drug party plan until he found something more substantial to give to Chrissy than she was using. Erica, Luca’s sister, and their friend supported him, and Eddie gradually became impressed by her quick wit and skill in the game. Eddie found it hard for their team to win, but they did, and everybody went to a party. 

After that, Eddie and Chrissy went to his trailer, where he said he lived with his uncle, and he began to look for ketamine, called’ the Special K’. When he returned, Chrissy was under Vecna’s spell. Vecna was possibly Eleven’s birth father. He tried to wake her up, but she was levitating, and suddenly, she was no longer alive. 

The Final Battle

This was his first encounter with this kind of thing. Chrissy’s death panicked him so much that he just ran away, screaming. Then he tells this to our heroes, The Party. He helps them find the killer, but all of a sudden, Vecna is now in the Upsidedown. They were at the Lover’s Lake when Vecna captured Eddie. When Vecna forced a gate to open, it released something like an earthquake. The Party goes to save him but fails because of insufficient preparation. They then find an entrance to Eddie’s trailer. In the final battle, they managed to retrieve Eddie, but he was already too injured and died. The Party returned with his remains and buried them. Eddie stranger things ended here!
